If you have used the internet recently you have almost certainly heard of something called RSS. If you are something like me-i am sure that you’ve wondered what this RSS stuff is about. I’m going to try and answer that question as well as describe a bit about how RSS might be of good use.
For the purpose of this report RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. I began my RSS study by finding out about the term RSS going to wikipedia.org and only.
The information in the content I found, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_%28file_format%29), is beneficial, but if you’re like me you dont want to read a massive document to understand what some thing like RSS is about. You will want simple, brief description and several instance of what RSS may mean in your lifetime.
So, allow me to break the topic down-in a way that people can all understand.
I have been using RSS for about a year. I found an use for RSS soon after I began using Firefox, which is a browser option for Internet Explorer. (If you wish to know more about Firefox, visit https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/77/. (Note: My next post will be about Firefox and extensions therefore dont worry in the event that you dont understand them only at that point.)
